According to the company, the funding round was led by Arya VC and aims to support the company’s efforts to expand its sales team and enhance its product capabilities to strengthen its position in the corporate market.
In March 2023, FineDine announced that it had secured $500,000 during its previous bridge investment round. This time, the company doubled its funding, further solidifying its presence in the hospitality sector. The platform is designed to improve end-to-end customer engagement for restaurants and hotels, offering features such as QR-code digital menus, online ordering, seamless payment processes, and reservation management tools.
FineDine revealed that its product lineup has seen significant expansion over the past year, incorporating features such as reservation management, CRM systems, and AI-powered digital marketing tools. The company currently serves over 3,000 clients in 75 countries, including prominent brands like JNcQUOI, Nusr-Et, Dream Group, Rixos, Emaar Group's Merassi, BTA-TAV Aviation, Aida café chain, and The Land of Legends.
The platform’s focus is on delivering tailored solutions for restaurants and hotels to enhance the guest experience. Speaking on the new investment, FineDine Co-Founder and CEO Duygu Kutluoglu stated, “Our goal is to help restaurants and hotels grow while creating unforgettable experiences for their guests.” She also highlighted that the funding will accelerate the company’s plans to develop enterprise-level solutions catering to the specific needs of large-scale businesses.
Sanem Tatlidil Ozal, General Partner at Arya VC, emphasized their commitment to supporting FineDine in its journey. She remarked, “We are thrilled to be part of FineDine’s growth journey. Their solutions are reshaping customer experiences for restaurants and hotels, and we are excited to stand by them as they continue to scale.”
The new funding reflects the growing interest in AI-driven solutions within the hospitality industry. By integrating innovative technologies, FineDine is positioning itself as a key player in the global market. The company aims to use its enhanced resources to both refine existing features and introduce new tools that add value for its clients.
As FineDine continues to evolve, the company is expected to deepen its impact in the hospitality sector, not only in Turkey but also on a global scale. This latest investment signals confidence in the company’s vision and its potential to lead the transformation of guest experiences across the industry.
