He stressed the importance of this sentiment, adding, “If we want to see transformative growth in our state, we must equip young people with the skills and mindset to innovate and lead.”

In 2013, he founded Patton Logistics, which became the largest last-mile delivery partner for FedEx Ground in the United States.
