Samsung Turkiye introduced its updated AI Home vision and 2025 Bespoke AI lineup, offering smart features that boost energy efficiency and personalized home control.

Samsung Turkiye Presents AI-Driven Home Appliances Designed for Smarter Living
Samsung Turkiye has officially introduced the 2025 Bespoke AI series, showcasing its renewed AI Home vision. The announcement underlined the company’s efforts to expand intelligent home experiences through deeper integration with its SmartThings platform and new capabilities powered by artificial intelligence.
According to the company, the updated Bespoke AI lineup is designed to offer an enhanced connected experience across the household. By integrating features like Bixby voice assistant, Samsung Knox, and smart energy management tools, Samsung aims to help users manage their homes more efficiently, securely, and with a greater degree of personalization.
Samsung Turkiye CEO Jeff Jo explained that their goal is to lead the evolution of premium home experiences. He noted that Samsung is focused on creating a secure and user-friendly AI Home environment, which they believe will shape the next phase of smart living in Turkey and globally.
Smarter Home Control with AI Home Interface
A central element of the new lineup is the AI Home screen, which enables seamless interaction with all Bespoke AI devices. With no need for an external hub, the built-in smart display serves as a control center, allowing users to connect with third-party devices through SmartThings. Features like the “Daily Board” and “Map View” make it easier to monitor and control connected appliances, enhancing day-to-day management of household tasks.
The upgraded Bixby assistant includes Voice ID, a function that identifies users by their voice and displays personalized schedules or services accordingly.
New Additions: Vacuum, Washer, Refrigerator
One of the standout products is the Bespoke AI Jet Ultra, a cordless stick vacuum equipped with AI Cleaning Mode 2.0. The device adjusts its operation based on surface type by detecting brush load and air pressure. With reduced battery consumption and improved maneuverability, the Jet Ultra also includes a HEPA filtration system and a HexaJet motor delivering up to 400 watts of suction power.
The Bespoke AI washing machines use smart algorithms to optimize energy, water, and detergent consumption, even when washing in cold water. This is enabled by the AI Ecobubble technology, which boosts energy efficiency beyond the A-class rating.
In refrigeration, the bottom freezer refrigerator boasts a larger storage capacity and up to 15% lower energy consumption, driven by SmartThings AI Energy Mode. The system adjusts compressor speeds and defrost cycles based on usage patterns, while SpaceMax insulation makes the inner walls thinner, maximizing space.
Enhancing Sustainability and User Privacy
Each product in the Bespoke AI series is designed to support a more sustainable lifestyle. The integration of AI Vision Inside and AI Family Hub+ in refrigerators allows users to track food items and reduce waste. The Samsung Food app suggests recipes tailored to available ingredients, promoting conscious consumption.
Additionally, Samsung introduces Knox Vault to home appliances for the first time. This hardware-based security feature protects sensitive data like passwords and authentication information, reinforcing user privacy.
Through Smart Forward, users can update their existing Samsung appliances with the latest software capabilities via SmartThings, reducing the need for frequent hardware upgrades.
Mert Gursoy, Senior Vice President of Consumer Electronics at Samsung Turkiye, stated that the company has been at the forefront of home appliance innovation for over five decades. He emphasized that AI is not a new area for Samsung, pointing out that the company has been investing in this field for more than 10 years.
Mustafa Tolunay Aslan, Marketing Director for Home Appliances at Samsung Electronics Turkiye, also highlighted the integration of AI into everyday life. He noted that intelligent technology is no longer an abstract concept, but rather an integral part of household routines.
By combining AI capabilities with a well-developed ecosystem and a focus on energy savings, longevity, and connectivity, the Bespoke AI series marks Samsung's latest step in evolving smart home experiences.
