In December, Roamless raised $2.6 million in a funding round led by Paribu Ventures and Revo Capital. According to information provided by Roamless, the company has now received an additional $2.4 million in funding, bringing the total amount raised in this seed round to $5 million.
Founded in early 2023 by Emre Demirel, Ali Gazioglu, Asim Alp, Selim Aykut, and Cengiz Oztelcan in the United States, Roamless offers internet access and global calling services to users in 165 countries. The company has rapidly expanded its user base, reaching 120,000 users in a short period. Notably, Roamless had only 15,000 users as of last December, with a significant portion of its user base located in North America and Europe.
Roamless operates through a mobile application based on eSIM technology. Its innovative approach allows a single eSIM to work worldwide, and its pay-as-you-go model aims to set it apart from competitors.
