Replenit, a Poland-based artificial intelligence startup established by a team of Turkish founders, has completed a new investment round backed by international investors. The funding will support the company’s efforts to scale globally and further develop its AI-driven platform. While the exact amount raised has not been disclosed, Replenit characterized the deal as a significant milestone in its business trajectory.

Logo Ventures, a venture capital firm that focuses on early-stage tech companies across Europe and Turkey, led the funding round. Other participants include Caucasus Ventures, Galata Business Angels, and prominent investors such as Kaan Boyner, Gorkem Guven, Varol Civil, Arif Akdag, Ata Uzunhasan, Ozgur Erdem, and Tunc Berkman. According to the company, “This investment will help us accelerate our international expansion, continue to advance our AI capabilities, and form new strategic partnerships.”

AI-Driven Platform to Support Retention and Repeat Purchases

Replenit offers a plug-and-play technology solution that integrates with e-commerce platforms to improve customer retention and enable timely repeat orders. Using real-time behavioral insights and predictive analytics, the system determines the most effective timing and communication channels to engage customers—via email, SMS, or app notifications.

The company aims to address a persistent challenge in online commerce: the low rate of returning customers. By delivering reminders or personalized offers exactly when users are most likely to buy again, Replenit helps brands offer a more fluid and relevant shopping experience. As the founders noted, “Our AI-powered platform enables brands to engage with their customers at the right time and through the right channels, creating seamless and personalized shopping experiences.”

Expanding Client Base Across Continents

Although still in its early stages, Replenit has already secured clients in the United States, Latin America, Europe, and Turkey, reflecting a growing demand for predictive engagement tools. Operating out of Google Campus Warsaw, a central startup hub in Central and Eastern Europe, the company benefits from a vibrant tech ecosystem and access to support programs for emerging ventures.

The founding team’s background in e-commerce, AI, and customer experience has played a central role in shaping the platform and achieving commercial traction beyond local markets.

Beyond Capital: Strategic Support and Regional Access

In addition to financial backing, the involvement of organizations such as Galata Business AngelsTurkey’s first angel investment network—and a group of business leaders with experience across fintech, retail, and technology sectors adds significant strategic value. Logo Ventures, the lead investor, has a portfolio that includes high-growth startups across AI, SaaS, and digital infrastructure.

Strategic Roadmap and Future Goals

Following the latest investment, Replenit plans to:

  • Expand its presence in the U.S. and major European markets

  • Refine its AI algorithms for improved targeting

  • Form alliances with global retail and e-commerce platforms

  • Hire additional data scientists and engineering talent

As competition in digital commerce intensifies, the company’s focus on predictive engagement and AI-based reordering technology could help redefine how brands build long-term relationships with customers.
