Phenom People Inc., a leading provider of AI-based HR solutions, has acquired Edge Networks Pvt. Ltd., a talent mobility and resource planning platform, for an undisclosed sum. The acquisition is expected to enhance Phenom's ability to provide advanced workforce planning capabilities across industries.

Founded in 2012, Edge Networks specializes in delivering tailored talent management solutions, primarily serving the IT services and banking sectors. The company’s flagship platform, Edge Pathfinder, offers employees personalized career growth plans and skill development opportunities by aligning their aspirations with corporate objectives. Meanwhile, Edge Recruit leverages AI-powered matching algorithms to streamline the recruitment process by ensuring the right fit between job openings and potential candidates.

By integrating AI into its talent solutions, Edge Networks enables organizations to develop strategic approaches to upskilling, reskilling, and internal talent mobility. Its platform processes extensive data to provide actionable insights, helping companies identify internal resources and reallocate talent efficiently. This allows businesses to optimize project staffing by uncovering hidden skill sets and filling critical roles with internal employees rather than relying on external contractors.
