Nokia Boosts Orange Jordan's Broadband Network

Nokia and Orange Jordan have announced the successful upgrade of Orange Jordan’s broadband infrastructure through the deployment of Nokia’s 7750 Service Router (SR) platform. This initiative aims to improve broadband services across Jordan, ensuring higher connectivity standards and greater operational efficiency for the operator and its customers.

The upgrade covers 76 sites across northern, central, and southern Jordan, enabling Orange Jordan to meet increasing demand for digital services such as high-speed internet and IPTV. Alongside enhancing service quality, the upgrade contributes to Orange Jordan’s sustainability goals by reducing energy consumption and cutting operational costs.
