Responsible for operations in Turkey, Egypt, Jordan, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Georgia, and Israel, Concentrix's leadership underscores the importance of customer service strategy. Tarakci noted that Concentrix operates with over 440,000 skilled employees globally, speaking more than 150 languages, covering 95% of the world's languages. He reiterated, "As a company, we have become capable of speaking over 150 languages, which covers 95% of the world's languages. Technology is essential, but so is the focus on people. Behind every efficient digital system, there are always 'successful people'."
In Turkey, Concentrix supports service exports in more than 10 different languages, catering to both local and international markets. Tarakci explained, "While we provide services in Turkish to strong local brands in Turkey, we operate in more than 10 languages for international markets. For example, we offer German language services from Turkey to a major global e-commerce company's customers in Germany."
Discussing Concentrix's growth plans in the Turkish market, Tarakci highlighted the evolving nature of consumer preferences. He noted that while consumers prefer to use technology for simple tasks, they seek direct communication with a human for more complex issues. "In Turkey, we will emphasize human-centric solutions along with the use of technology. We continue to implement our solutions utilizing productive artificial intelligence. Technology is being used more in customer services than before. Consumers want to solve simple tasks with technology, but they prefer to talk to a human for more complex issues. There is a point where emotions and empathy come into play. The demands of consumers in Turkey also reflect this. In this context, we are strengthening our technology solutions. In light of all these expectations, we aim to grow in the Turkish market in the coming periods," Tarakci said.
