"We Are Working on a Facility with an Annual Capacity of Over 50,000 Units"

Anton Chernov, CEO of ATMO Group, emphasized the strong interest in the brand in Turkey, stating, "We are keen on investing in and developing more projects in Turkey as ATMO Group. Our workforce in Turkey has doubled compared to last year. Our revenue increases every year, and we have a long-term plan for growth. We are currently working on a production facility with an annual capacity of over 50,000 units. This facility will meet the needs of the Turkish market and also focus on exports to the Balkans and other EU markets. We began discussions with the Ministry of Industry and Technology months ago regarding production in Turkey. Additionally, we continue our talks with the Ministry of Trade and the Presidential Investment Office. We are actively communicating with strong local partners for our new projects. However, the final decision on the investment project will depend on the support measures provided by the state."

Chernov added that they plan to manufacture modern hybrid and electric vehicles, along with a range of commercial vehicles in Turkey, stating, "We are actively working to finalize all the details and hope for the state’s support and active assistance in this matter."

"We Aim to Continue Offering Quality SUVs at Affordable Prices"

Burak Azmanoglu, Commercial Director of SWM Turkey, highlighted the strong interest in the brand in Turkey, sharing, "With the recent changes in legal regulations, we have started reviewing our current business model to include local production options. Turkey is a region with high potential for long-term business development. We have established a professional and strong dealer network, and new partners continue to join. We support our customers with our expanding dealer network for after-sales services and spare parts supply. The first batch of our vehicles is already on the roads across Turkey. The initial customer feedback has been very positive, and we have done a lot for the brand's image in Turkey. Our goal is to continue offering high-quality SUV models at affordable prices to Turkish customers and to keep investing in the development of our operations in Turkey until we reach the desired position."

SWM Motor’s entry into the Turkish market and its plans for local production demonstrate the company’s commitment to expanding its global footprint and meeting the demands of the Turkish and regional markets. The success of this initiative will depend significantly on the support and collaboration with Turkish governmental bodies and local partners.
