Buyutech receives new funding to expand local camera production
Turkey-based Buyutech has secured investment through a state-supported innovation fund to scale up its automotive camera manufacturing capabilities.

Buyutech, a technology firm based in Turkey that designs and manufactures advanced camera systems for industrial applications, has secured a new investment from the Technology and Innovation Fund, which is managed by the Turkey Development Fund and backed by the Ministry of Industry and Technology. The company aims to use this funding to scale its production infrastructure and further develop its proprietary camera technologies.
Focus on scalable solutions for automotive and beyond
Specializing in vision systems that enable vehicles to perceive their surroundings, Buyutech develops scalable and cost-effective camera technologies for both domestic use and international markets. The company operates Turkey's first and only facility dedicated to the design and manufacturing of high-tech cameras. With a focus on meeting stringent regulatory standards in the automotive sector, Buyutech manufactures its products at its facility in Konya, aligning with the quality expectations of the industry.
Collaborations with leading manufacturers
Buyutech has established collaborations with leading automotive manufacturers such as Togg, Ford Otosan, Tofas, and Hidromek. These partnerships support the development of in-vehicle and external sensing systems, particularly for autonomous driving technologies. Through these collaborations, the company integrates its camera systems into real-world applications, contributing to technological advancements in transportation and mobility.
Expanding production capacity to 3 million units annually
Originally founded with support from the Ministry of Industry and Technology's Technogirişim Capital Support Program, Buyutech currently has an annual production capacity of 800,000 units. With the latest investment, the company plans to increase this number to over 3 million by 2026.
