The concert, scheduled for August 15, is part of the group's 2025 world tour, which will cover 10 cities, according to YG Entertainment. This event also makes BLACKPINK the first K-pop act to perform at Wembley since BTS in 2019.

The tour will kick off in South Korea, with two opening shows at Goyang Stadium, located northwest of Seoul, on July 5-6. Following their Korean performances, the group will head to Los Angeles' SoFi Stadium, Chicago's Soldier Field, Toronto's Rogers Centre, and New York's Citi Field. The European leg of the tour includes stops in Paris, Milan, Barcelona, and London. The tour will conclude with a final show at Tokyo Dome in January 2026.

In an official statement, YG Entertainment announced that the upcoming tour is being planned on a massive scale, aiming to match the success of their previous "Born Pink" tour, which was attended by 1.8 million fans across 34 cities. The agency emphasized that this tour will deliver performances of the highest quality.

While preparing for the tour, the members of BLACKPINK are currently focused on their solo projects. Rose released her first full-length album, "rosie," last December, featuring the globally popular track "APT." Jisoo recently launched her debut EP, "Amortage," while Lisa is gearing up to release her first studio album, "Alter Ego," on February 28. Meanwhile, Jennie is set to unveil her debut album, "Ruby," on March 7.

As one of the most influential groups in K-pop, BLACKPINK continues to expand its presence in the global music industry, with the upcoming tour expected to draw significant international attention.
