GuruSup secures €1.3 million to expand AI service platform
GuruSup raises €1.3 million to enhance AI customer service and automation.
Valencia-based GuruSup, a Spanish SaaS platform specializing in AI-driven customer service and process automation, has successfully closed a €1.3 million Seed funding round. The funding aims to accelerate commercial growth and expand the team, with plans to double the current headcount and increase monthly recurring revenue fivefold throughout 2026, targeting an ARR of €1.5 million.
The funding round was led by 4Founders Capital with contributions from Addendum Capital and notable business angels such as Juan Pablo Tejela of Metricool, Gonzalo Urculo of CrowdFarming, and Juan Castillo of Guruwalk. According to founder and CEO Víctor Mollá, "We were born out of a real need: Guruwalk was handling thousands of customer inquiries every month, and AI agents made a huge difference."
GuruSup was established as a spin-off from Guruwalk, leveraging its experience with massive customer inquiries. The platform orchestrates AI agents capable of autonomously handling interactions, from issue resolution to onboarding. With over 800 AI agents in production, the company has already surpassed two million agent executions across 15 sectors.
The Seed round is part of a broader trend in 2026, where AI-agent and enterprise-automation software firms have raised significant funds. For instance, Nexus in Brussels secured €3.7 million, Lua in London raised €4.9 million, and Blockbrain in Stuttgart attracted €17.5 million, among others. Collectively, these rounds, including GuruSup, amount to approximately €44.1 million.
Jesús Monleón, Founding Partner at 4Founders Capital, expressed excitement about the investment, highlighting the young and ambitious founding team with a clear product mindset. Enrico Raggini of Addendum Capital noted that GuruSup offers a solid solution for scaling customer service efficiently by integrating AI agents directly into business processes.
